Paramonovskie warehouses - A complex of warehouse facilities of the 19th century in Rostov-on-Don, located on the banks of the Don. Warehouses played an important role in the development of Rostov-on-Don. Millions of tons of grain, coal, wool and other goods passed through them, the trade in which allowed the city to become one of the largest commercial and industrial centers in Russia by the beginning of the 20th century. All the buildings of the Paramonovsk warehouses at the moment are ruins, decorated with lakes and waterfalls of spring water, which continues to gush from the coastal slopes of the Don.

On the territory of the abandoned buildings of the «Paramonovsky» warehouses, it is proposed to place a complex of children’s and youth educational institutions, namely, an art, music school, a school of choreography and theatrical skill, a museum of fine arts, a museum of the history of Rostov-on-Don, an exhibition hall of children’s creativity, a summer theater, «Fountain Square» at the site of the springs, «Cascade of waterfalls», viewing platforms for outdoor lessons.

In the place where the springs gush, baths are organized, with a recreation area for visitors. The buildings of the old buildings have been restored for modern premises «Open spaсe». The historical facades have been preserved, and the glass frame is inside. The glazing of the art school has a certain structure and was designed to resemble the «spike» characteristic of the Don steppes, which is why the project uses golden elements that give a reference to the Don steppes. The buildings have exploited roofs, forming terraces with magnificent views of the Don River.
